 Hugh made our move from Langley, BC to Perth Ontario worry free.
We were extremely pleased with the hands on service provided by Hugh Message in the recent sale of our cozy condominium apartment in Michaud Gardens, which is located in the heart of Langley. We had some concerns about timing as we had made a purchase on a home in Ontario. Hugh kept us calm and collected throughout the process and wrapped things up with speed and skill. Even though we were up against some very stiff competition within our own complex; Hugh, through the application of his effective marketing program was able to create such a flurry of activity that our apartment sold within 4 days. And the best part is; it sold for 97.97% of our asking price. All the best, and "thanks" for convincing us to list "sooner, rather than later." When we first decided to put our home on the Market, we thought we would have to find a Real Estate Agent who would work for less commission because we had to get so much from our place in order to move to the next. We listened to what our Real Estate Agent (Hugh Message) had to say and we listed it for more money than we ever expected the Market would bring. But within 10 days from the day we put it on the market our agent; Hugh Message, had it sold for 99.6% of our asking price, "Almost full price" which was a full $10,000 more than what we originally thought we could get. When we went to Purchase our next home, Hugh's very proficient Buyer's Agent: Joe Ciulla found us the right home with in a few days. He was able to negotiate for us a full $16,000 off their asking price. "Wow!" We were truly amazed! Not only did we receive more for the sale of our former home, but with the help of Hugh's Buyer Agent we were able to purchase our new home for a considerable savings. I thought you should know what a great job Hugh Message did selling my apartment in Surrey, BC. Hugh sold it within 18 days of taking the listing, and kept me up-to-date about what actions had been taken to sell the property. Once he had an offer, (I understand from my bank account manager,) Hugh assisted the purchaser through the necessary process in order for the Buyer to assume the existing mortgage. The service Hugh provided to the purchaser was very appreciated by me, as I was eager to sell. You probably already know that you have a very valuable sales person on your team.
